美術史に残るアメリカのフェミニスト・アート15選。19世紀から現代に至る女性アーティストたちの歩み
金沢21世紀美術館の「フェミニズムズ / FEMINISMS」展（2021年秋〜22年春）や、東京国立近代美術館が2024年秋に実施した「フェミニズムと映像表現」展（好評につき今年2月から展示継続中）など、近年、日本でもフェミニズムをテーマに掲げた展覧会を目にすることが増えている。これらは1960年代以降のフェミニスト・アートが中心だが、フェミニズム運動に関連したアート作品の誕生は19世紀後半にまで遡る。ここでは、アメリカにおける15の代表作を紹介する。
